I'm Suraj Pakhrin, a proud Nepali-American and Bay Area realtor with Everest Realty. Originally from Nepal, I moved to the United States to pursue the American dream—and now I help others achieve theirs through homeownership.
Licensed since 2017, I've had the privilege of helping over 200 families find their perfect homes across the Bay Area. My journey from Nepal to becoming a trusted realtor has given me a unique perspective on what it means to find a place to call home.
My values shape how I work with every client.
Transparent advice, even when it's not what you want to hear
I treat every client like family, because that's how I was raised
Available 7 days a week because your goals don't take days off
Deep knowledge of Bay Area neighborhoods and markets
Being part of the Nepali community in the Bay Area is central to who I am. I'm proud to have helped the Nepali Association of Northern California (NANC) and partner organizations purchase land in El Sobrante to build a future Nepali Community Center, Hindu temple, and Buddhist gumba.
This project represents our community's dream of having a gathering place to preserve our culture, celebrate our traditions, and support future generations of Nepali-Americans.
"Mr. Suraj Pakhrin is an honest, hardworking and knowledgeable real estate agent. Mr. Pakhrin has recently helped Nepali Association of Northern California (NANC) and other partner organizations to buy land in El Sobrante California to build future Nepali Community Center and Hindu temple and Buddhist gumba as well."
When I'm not helping clients find their dream homes, you can find me spending time with family, exploring Bay Area hiking trails, or enjoying Nepali cuisine at local restaurants. I believe in work-life balance and bringing that same sense of calm and focus to every transaction.
My experience as an immigrant has taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, and the importance of having a place to call home. These lessons guide how I serve my clients every day.
